We specialize in primarily 5* luxury travel experiences, with a minimum trip budget of $20,000 for 2 adults. Itinerary Planning is intended for trips to Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and Australia.

This is where we begin to bring your vision to life - and maybe even make it a little better than what you could’ve imagined. The properties and experiences we include in your itinerary proposal are sourced specifically based on how you like to spend your free time, what your kids are learning in school, what sports event you've been dying to see in person, or what Michelin restaurant is on your bucket list. Once you’re fully obsessed with your itinerary proposal, we’ll get to booking it on your behalf.

Your Final Itinerary contains Destination Insights to make sure you're not learning any must-know travel details 2 days before departure. From getting a second set of eyes on your passport expiration dates (or helping you expedite a new one) to detailing any required vaccines or visas for your destination, or from suggesting medications for your travel medicine cabinet to protecting your hair dryer from getting fried in Germany, for once the mental load of making sure no details slip through the cracks is off your shoulders.

All planning fees are charged up front and are non-refundable. This covers the time involved in delivering professional travel planning services, including researching, coordinating, and executing a completely customized travel experience for you.
Deviations from our standard planning scope, including group size, itinerary complexity and revisions, and rescheduled or canceled trips, incur additional planning fees. We aim to be upfront and transparent about our terms + conditions and additional fees that may apply.
